Sauce line delivery

After around 3 months design and manufacture, a sauce line finished which include ingredients silos、vacuum mixing、pasteurizer、buffering、aseptic air system、filling and CIP stations etc. Due to high viscosity, the pasteurizer is specially designed scrape pasteurizer to ensure pasteurization process and final products quality. The vacuum mixer used for ingredients mixing, so no air bubble and agglomeration free, high efficiency and automatic control for recipe and process. Our technicians team will arrive customer factory for installation and commissioning next week.
