Sugar mixing

Large quantity sugar used in dairy、beverage、food industry. But how to dissolve sugar with high efficiency and lower cost? 

Sugar mixing system: sugar feed through powder feeding station, then convey to sugar dissolving tanks, mixed with water and heated to 85℃,the mixture will mixed again through in-tank high shear mixer, sugar is dissolved completely and get uniform final mixture, then pump to buffer tank. 

In-tank high shear mixer is special designed for sugar/powder mixing, sugar/powder sucked into stator/rotor working chamber, then dispersed out through stator gap, all tank liquid generate vertical circulation, which is helpful to get homogenized mixture, dead corner free.
