Powder milk is a main raw ingredient of dairy products. It’s easy to generate fish eyes when mixed with liquid, this will affect final products taste and quality.

Powder milk mixing system: milk powder feed into powder silo through powder feeding station, then sucked into vacuum mixer, and also feed water and prepared syrup into vacuum mixer, the mixture fully mixed by the high shear mixer in vacuum mixer, then pump out through rotor pump and shear pump to buffer tanks for using. 

Milk powder was sucked and mixed under vacuum, few air incorporated, no need de-foaming process. Few labor cost, high efficiency, fewer labor involving, more hygienic.
