UHT & Aseptic tank

One set 5T/h UHT and aseptic tank finish manufacture recently in STB Shanghai factory, it will be used for plain milk line. It includes UHT、Deaerator、Homogenizer and Aseptic tank. UHT system is used for aseptic product/ambient product sterilization, after UHT, the product could reach commercial aseptic status, and then filled in aseptic filling machine, definitely the package also should be aseptic, then the final packed products (preservative free) could be stored in ambient with extend shelf life, which also called ESL products.

Aseptic tank is a buffer tank between UHT and aseptic filling. Without aseptic tank, there is 10% backflow from aseptic filling to UHT which will affect the final product quality. Aseptic tank also could be used for buffer tank between UHT and aseptic filling when aseptic filling out of work suddenly, and when it need time to prepare packing materials during manufacture.
