Aseptic Tank Test

Aseptic tank is the buffering tank between UHT and aseptic filling, without it, there is 10% back flow to UHT system which will affect final product taste and quality. It’s also helpful to provide buffering time when aseptic filler doesn’t work. It provides aseptic protect for sterilized products, makes sure products are safe and not contaminated before aseptic filling. It includes aseptic air filter system, aseptic valves cluster, aseptic agitator, CIP cleaning design, system sterilization etc.

We finish a 15T aseptic tank these days where it used for milk drink and juice, it preliminarily tested with steam in STB factory, and will furtherly assembled and tested in client’s factory with water and product, also aseptic test.
