COP Cleaning System

COP means: Cleaning Out of Place, Cleaning Out of Place is defined as a method of cleaning equipment items by removing them from production line and taking them to a designated cleaning station for cleaning. It requires dismantling an apparatus, washing it in a central washing area using an automated system, and reassemble.

STB finish a COP system these days for a famed international foods company, it’s also STB long-term client. The flow rate is 30t/h, it includes inline heating, acid/lye automatic fed, 360° liquid flow cleaning design, extra pipeline flush(no need to disassemble from production line) etc.
